What type of balloons do you use?

We use the highest quality of balloons on the market. Our balloons are 100% biodegradable latex.

Our Nest Events does not support or condone the release of balloons.

Can parties be setup outdoors?

Yes! However, weather is out of our control. It is important that we have a back up plan in place, which we will discuss with each client.

Can balloons be installed under direct sunlight?

Although we use the highest quality of balloons, we do not reccomend balloons under direct sunlight. However, we do everything in our power to ensure your balloons will last as long as possible. Therefore, we will consult with you about your event and after analyzing the length of your event + time of day, we can help you choose an option as to where setup can be located.

Lighter balloon colors perform better under direct sunlight.

How do I book an event?

Please fill out inquiry form and you will hear back from us as soon as possible. Mock up designs will be received 48-72 hours after discussing details with client. You can also submit a direct message via Instagram or Facebook and we can help you from there.

If inquiry form is submitted over the weekend, we will contact you on the following Monday.

How far out should I book an event?

The earlier the better! Once you have an event date and deposit, we recommend booking as soon as possible. We are currently booking 6 months out.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit of your event cost in order to book after contract has been signed. We will reserve NO date, if contract has not been signed and deposit has not been received. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your event.
